XOs in Peru and Beyond

I am extremely interested in how the XOs are being used in the developing countries. I just found an article and video where students and teachers in Peru are interviewed about using the XOs. It is all in Spanish, but I ran the transcript through Google Translate so you can get a general understanding of the video even if you don't understand Spanish.
