Hi, I am Ambreen Amer. I would appreciate if you add some view to my discussion about the barriers faced by institutes in being able to embed ICT fully as I am doing a project on it.
I agree that it is vital to make the teachers aware of the upcoming educational technology and hey need to be trained and equipped with these resources. Therefore, the responsibility lies on the institution to equip the teachers with latest educational technology. sufficient training will increase their levels of engagement in ICT. Its true that even a small number of people can be a source of inspiration for others provided they share their good practices with each other. Most of the teachers complain about he amount of time spent on planning the IT lesson and prefer to teach with traditional ways of teaching
