Hi Nishat, I think if enough people demonstrate the usefulness of the technology and it only need be a small number at first then others do begin to see this. The emphasis clearly needs to be that it is all about the students' learning not the tools themselves. Sufficient time needs to be allowed for staff training; it is actually quite a steep learning curve for some staff and that can't be under-estimated.
Well Nishat I think the main hurdle is the teachers awareness of the actual objective of using ICT in her class. I think the teacher should justify the use of ICT and the start comes at the training stage of the teachers. proper training sessions should be conducted for the teachers along with the curriculum implementation.
