Hi Andrew. My name is Leon Avrech in San Jose, CA. I retired from middle school after
almost 40 years as teacher, vp, principal, and mentor teacher. I recently had a book pulbished, "THINK YOU CAN TEACH? A SURVIVAL GUIDE FOR NEW MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHERS". I wrote the book to help new teachers succeed. Many are afraid to teach middle school and good teachers are so important as you know.
