- I guess being a mother, grandmother, and teacher defines me. I have six children (4 of my own and 2 stepdaughters). I have been blessed with two grandchildren, and over just the past seven years have taught over 200 children. I have been teaching fifth grade math and family life/health (grades 5-8). I just received notification from my principal that next year will bring an exciting change. I will get my wish to loop with last year's fifth graders and teach sixth grade math.
