My name’s David and I’m a history teacher in Queensland, Australia. I use a lot of podcasting and online tools with my classes and am always looking for new ideas. We also use moodle at our school.
I host a group on diigo (it’s similar to delicious and very popular with teachers) for history teachers to share links, ideas and resources. It’s at http://groups.diigo.com/groups/history-teachers.
Please come along and join and share any sources or resources you use with the rest of us. See you there.

With your interest in Ed Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
Happy New Year! I was wondering if you or your students would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. If not, perhaps you have some educator contacts you could direct me to. We'd really like to get more students involved from Ohio!
You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!
SITACT Inc has developed the Moodle Analytics module for dashboard style graphical reporting to track the progress of the online classes. Have a look at the demo at www.sitact.net.
