About Me: I am currently a Senior Education Associate at IDRA providing professional staff development to school district teachers, administrators, community members and organizations. I am also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) for the College of Education and Human Development and Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Department working with teachers who want to be come administrators and higher education staff who would like to pursue a career in the administration field. I have been a secondary science teacher, a high school academic dean, a 9th grade academy principal, a middle school principal, a Director of the Early College High School Program at UTSA working with 3 different school districts and college president, vice-president, provost, deans, department chairs and faculty in the implementation of the program.
