Mobile Technology in the Classroom

As my profile update thing said, I am currently working on an assignment to write a policy document on the use of mobile technology in the classroom.
I will be posting it as an attachment (if I can figure out how) when it is finished, and anyone willing to give feedback, it would be much appreciated.
