Dr. Williams has over 25 years experience as a faculty member, instructional designer, eLearning developer, project manager, and consultant in education, business and the federal government. He has designed, and taught online and in-person courses at a variety of colleges and universities.
He serves as the Director of UMBC’s graduate program in Instructional Systems Development, and also teaches in the program, as Clinical Assistant Professor. He holds affiliate faculty appointments at the University of Maryland, School of Pharmacy, and the School of Medicine.
Dr. Williams completed his B.A., M.S. and C.A.S. in at The State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He completed his Ed.D. at The George Washington University.
