- I worked for over 30 years in the Ankeny, iowa school system as an English teacher and a Curriculum and Assessment Specialist before working one year in Des Moines, Iowa to implement Curriculum Mapping. I am now an independent educational consultant who works with schools to implement mapping, align curriculum with their assessments, analyze data, and align systems. I have presented at regional conferences and at the National Curriculum Mapping conference many times.
