Hi Jill,
Our school was loaned a demo set of "clickers" for 6 weeks to try out~ we borrowed ours from CCS Technologies (via mail~ was very easy). They were AWESOME! Theyinteracted with our SmartBoards (which defined the brand of clickers we borrowed), collected data and displayed it instantly, stored it for grades and reports. They could be used for a variety of types of questions and were easy to set up and move from class to class...The level of student interaction and interest was very high and the teachers loved them. They also worked with Galileo, the online testing company we use.
I definitely recommend them!

if you have access to Clickers at your school, they are fantastic. a bit of work at the front end but so worth it for diagnostic and formative assessment on the fly.
