About Me: I am an educator turned content developer for Clarity Innovations. As a classroom teacher I used innovative teaching methods and materials with her middle school students. In 2000, I discovered online learning and took courses which led to facilitating online courses as well as writing content for these courses in multiple platforms. I transitioned to a district level position where I planned, facilitated and supported professional staff development.
Many of these offerings promoted technology integration and curriculum mapping. In my spare time I also work at the university level with pre-service educators in hybrid and online courses preparing them for their future classroom experiences. I draw from these practical experiences to guide the various projects with which I’m involved.
Over the years I have presented at national education conferences and facilitated teacher workshops internationally on a variety of topics. I have regularly provided materials and training on administering online training programs in a Moodle environment.
