My Executive Coaching speciality is with developing professionals or managers who are preparing to or have stepped up into a bigger role, either within their current or with a new organisation or stepped out to a new career.
I lecture in business and in addition I have an expertise in coaching clients to focus more closely. My particular knowledge is in the legal, accountancy and consultancy professions.
I also consult on behalf of SME’s on business development and work with a charity resolving PTSD and provide therapeutic support to select clients.
During the late 1990’s I furthered my hard finance and business qualifications, with soft skills, built by training in various psychological and counselling models. From this evolved my psychology of coaching and learning, that I have applied and honed in organisation(s) and for my clients.
My personal ethics guide my work in encouraging both personal democracy and social responsibility. Coaching allows me to meet this (for myself and my clients) and earn an independent living.
I abide by the ethical codes of conduct issued by the professional bodies I belong to. This includes the ACCA, HGI (BACP), HEA, ILM and AC.
I bring my psychological insight, organisational knowledge and business experience, together with a clear methodology, to achieve personal, career and organisational goals.
