- I began my role at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in September 2010. I was CIO at MMSD beginning in 2007. Hired into MMSD in 1994, I served as applications development manager, data warehouse project leader, research and program evaluation coordinator, assessment coordinator, registrar.
