About Me: I'm a 4th grade teacher who is very involved with encouraging teachers to engage in conversations about technology and what it means for education today and tomorrow. We must teach our students to live in the world as it will be when they will be our ages, not as it was when we were their ages. I also co-host a local cable TV Show called PalmBreezeCAFE where we showcase (mostly) free, useful educational websites. On last week's segment of PalmBreezeCAFE, I showed how to "roll your own" social network with Ning. Classroom 2.0 was used as an example. I've already received nice feedback from folks who are enjoying it.

PalmBreezeCAFE is our school district's EdTech TV show. We broadcast on local cable and post on YouTube as well as other social video sharing sites.
