About Me: I am passionate about the potential technology has to enhance learning and support teaching. Currently the eLearning Curriculum Manager at Leeds City College, Park lane Campus, my team has responsibility for moving forward the eLearning agenda, within a large Further Education (FE) college, and supporting staff working in and around Leeds through that process. My enthusiasm is evident through the various training, sharing and motivating strategies that are used. I have worked in FE, Adult and Community Learning and Local Government for several years delivering high class training to teachers, managers, care staff and small & medium businesses. I have also been involved in developing resources and delivering training for and on behalf of national organisations including NIACE and THinK FE. I completed my MSc in Multimedia and eLearning with the University of Huddersfield and had the chapter 'Embedding eLearning in FE' in "Applied eLearning and eTeaching" published in 2008.
