- I am a long time teacher who has jumped in with both feet to use technology to make my life more efficient and to engage my students in authentic and active learning. I have just taken a job as Director of Technology which means I am the IT-Tech specialist person at our school. Primarily my job is to support teachers in their learning how to use tech in the classroom and provide tech support. I am at TC, Columbia U this summer trying to learn as much as I can to help our teachers and myself utilize what we have in the best ways possible.
