My areas of research interest have primarily revolved around knowledge management issues in LIS education, knowledge management in digital environment, information and knowledge sharing, information needs and information seeking patterns, information literacy, social networking sites, digital information literacy and e-learning in LIS education. I am particularly interested in developing knowledge and skills of digital librarianship, digital divide and digital preservation.
