- I'm a NYS certified Family and Consumer Science teacher with two years of classroom experience. I taught 7th grade home and career skills during my first year of teaching. During my second year I taught Healthy Living to 10th graders, and Culinary Arts to mixed classes of 10th,11th, and 12th graders.
