About Me

I am a teacher, trainer and consultant in sports oriented projects.
In a simple way, i try to help people to acquire better knowledge on management and marketing of organizations; I help people to work better for their organizations. I help the organizations to put in practice the best principles of management.



I teach at the Maia Higher Institute in the Sport Management program since 1998.


I deliver training workshops and presentations on issues involving personal development, social media and sport.
Enthusiastic Networker and always interesting in new projects and ideas.


I am a passionate, highly energetic and try helping people achieve their potential.



I am former member of Oporto Toastmasters and actual member of the Mindbusiness Toastmasters club


The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

I endeavour to help others holistically through giving them practical advice on education, business and relationships, whilst educating them on how they can empower themselves through self-evaluation and the discovery of a higher state of consciousness – maybe a part of my teaching activities.

I am fun-loving, humorous and entertaining to people who knows me. Always looking at ways to bring more cheer into other people’s lives, and in the process enrich my own.

I develop a unique combination of executive, entrepreneurial, business development, academic, and professional training experience in areas of personal development, social media marketing and management consultancy in most cases related in the sport environment.



To complete my profile, my professional background and experience:

• Over 13 years of educational experience at different levels: high school through university.

• Proven ability to lead and manage multinational teams especially in events.

• Extensive experience managing and developing projects in multiple organizations related with different economic activities (local cities, national sport organizations, sport clubs, companies)
• Researched, developed, and conducted seminars and workshops for managers and working professionals to satisfy their continuing learning needs.
