About Me: Hello everyone! My name is Stephanie Miller. I have been employed full-time as a Computer Support Specialist here at Wilmington University for over seven years. I also have experience teaching basic computer science. My last job was at The World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and was similar, though less technical, than the one I currently hold. Over the past few years, I have worked to attain several IT certifications. I am A+, Network+ and Server+ certified through CompTIA. I am also an HDI certified Customer Service Representative, Desktop Support Technician and Support Center Analyst. I earned my undergraduate degree in English from Penn State University where I was a member of the honors program. I am currently pursuing the Master of Education in Applied Technology. This is my fifth class and, so far, I have really enjoyed the curriculum. I am learning teaching and classroom management strategies that I hope will serve me well in the future. In my spare time, I enjoy long walks outside and working out at the gym. Like most people, I also value the time I am able to spend with family and friends. Well, that's me in a nutshell.
