Steve...looking for some support from Voicethread on a recent large purchase. I am a consultant at a school and we're doing a big workshop tomorrow. There are issues with no one being able to manage the accounts...for some reason management priv. are no longer associated with the person who purchased voicethread and we have no ability to add new accounts.
