I have a book called, "Never work harder than your students." I haven't read past the introduction yet, but it sounds like you are at that place. I think you are in a good place to start making shifts. It may not even be very difficult, if you can tolerate a little bit of chaos as you transition.

I noted to Mike Runyeon that the things Anthony Armstrong talked about can almost all be done using Schoolloop with just as much ease. Only Google collaborative documents type activities are not available.
This online group is growing fast, and has many opportunities to get ideas and learn what other teachers are doing.
