Hi Victor. I encourage you to read some of the articles on the Tutor/Mentor Blog and imagine what would happen in LA if these types of articles and information were being created by your students, as they are learning to use technology to solve problems and communicate solutions.
I'm trying to find high school leaders who will incorporate this thinking so they are not only teaching kids to learn and use technology, but are also teaching them to be leaders who say involved in solving complex problems as they move through their adult lives.
By reading the blog articles and using the information posted on the Tutor/Mentor Connection web sites (free) we are coaching you and your students in this process. As you begin to learn and share what you learn in forums like http://tutormentorconnection.ning.com you are influencing how others adopt similar strategies in other places. This is the power that you can teach using your computers.
