How do they normally invest and in what way I better propose the project?

I'm STEM teacher at estonian language immersive school in Tartu, Estonia. We use LEGO and WeDo as supportive tecnologies for teaching. Now we seek 3D tools, scanner, 3D-printer and CNC for developement.
