Those of us in charters wear many hats. I meet with teachers to assist with lesson planning, do training, check in on curriculum adoptions, etc. I'm also the district assessment coordinator, the Highly Qualified coordinator, the curriculum coordinator, and chair of the QComp Professional Development committee.

We're on the east side of St. Paul, a charter school. We've been in existence for 11 years now. I'm the Instructional Facilitator--curriculum, assessment, staff development.
