Hi! My name is Ryan and I currently live in Richmond, VA. I am currently enrolled in a teacher licensure program at the University of Richmond. I plan to teach upper elementary students.

I agree with your statement that students are less reluctant to voice their opinions when they don't have the fear of judgement. Communication via the internet allows students to maintain anonymity so they don't feel they are being judged by sharing their thoughts and opinions. I also feel that through online discussions you have more time to reflect on what is being said without the pressure of offering an immediate response.

I agree that a collaborative list of videos would be a great resource to have as a teacher. I'm sure many teachers would appreciate a resource such as this, because of the amount of time and energy it takes to search for videos of quality on the internet.
