Hi Stacy, Id like to invite you to visit a vocabulary building website www.WordAhead.com for middle and high school kids, where you will find simple and fun short videos to make learning new words easy and interesting! You may find it useful.
Thanks! Faiza
Hey Stacy - Thanks for the quick reply. This is a contest for high schoolers (and maybe ambitious middle schoolers since the vocab is for SAT & ACT prep). I didn't see at your profile what grade level you teach at but figured I'd tee it up anyways since we'd like more participation from NJ. Apologies!
Hope you're enjoying the winter break. I was wondering if you, your educator contacts or students would be interested in participating in a nationwide Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. We'd really like to get more students involved from NJ!
You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!
Great to hear the interest! Visit the blog site, check it out to see if it is something you would like to be a part of, and then contact me through the options on the blog page (Classroom 2.0 is hard to keep track of for me)
