Hey. Some of you may know I'm blogging a bunch, and I'm headed down to the 'Non-Conference" of educational bloggers in Atlanta this coming Saturday. I recently added some posts in my primary blog, scottmerrick.net, about Second Life and realized that it is only appropriate that I keep those two lives separated, however comingled their developments may at times be.

Hi All!
As many of you are, I'm looking forward to the NECC conference in Atlanta, GA. There seems to have been a flury of interesting posts on the blogsphere recently now that the schools year is wrapping up (more time). It will be interesting to see how some of those conversations continue through NECC and the rest of the summer.

I am a very happy user of moodle as a VLE - my first love was WebCT and then moodle stole my heart. This looks to be a year of renewal for me. For the last 17 years I have taught various subjects to the MR population. When school started this past year I knew that I needed a change.
