I was fortunate to attend the PLC conference in Boston, Ma. this past week. The Dufour's and Soution Tree have done a great job at applying the best business practice to school systems throughout the country. Dr. Deming teachings about continuous improvement and total quality management hold true whether your product is a widgit or an educated child. As school systems get on board with the PLC Methodology you will see students learning at a record pace.
