Elementary ELL and Technology

I am trying to answer my research question " In what ways can ELL learners be successful in the mainstream classroom through the support of reading and online programs?"

Does anyone here on this website have experience working with ELL and Reading Instruction such as online reading tools or other reading programs which have helped ELL language skills and comprehension skills?
