Web 2.0 Project

In Ed. Tech. last week I learned about Web 2.0 - what it is and how to classify things within or out of it. In short summary, Web 2.0 includes social networking, interactivity, and is changable. Character Poster

For this week's assignment in Educational Technology, I had to make a character posters using Microsoft Office's Excel program. My character poster included a picture of me as the background and a word that describes me along with its definition - both displayed somewhere on the poster.

Kidspiration

Last week in Educational Technology we learned about various different programs that we may one day use in our own classrooms. One of the programs, "Kidspiration", helps students brainstorm by creating their own customized webs and outlines. Multiple Intelligence Inventory

I have taken quite a few learning style and personality tests in my college experience. The MII, Multiple Intelligence Inventory, produced results that were both expected and surprising. At the top of my list was Music (45) with Interpersonal not too far behind. Though I really enjoy music, especially playing the piano, I would have guessed Interpersonal or Body/Kinesthetic to have been the first.
