Flex to create learning resources

Started learning Flex. I had stayed away from Actionscript in the past. As the software I write tend to require a gui interface, I was not much enthused by the timeline and movie clip analogies.

Slideshows, 2.0 way

I gave a try to the slidy slideshow solution, to publish a slideshow directly in the browser, using web 2.0 technologies (in fact, strictly javascript -- see also S5, by Eric Meyer). The result is not bad at all... at least when viewing it on my large screen mac.
