1st impressions of PLN

Honestly, I'm a little scared....I feel like I need to write something inteligent (and what I write may not be) and someone else will read it. We will see how it goes. I'm not a big fan of facebook and blogging as it is used in popular culture today...I feel it's a waste of time (for me). But I realize that the PLN is an entirely different use of these sites. So I guess I need to turn that frown upside down and find some kind of picture for my profile.....
