Grab some popcorn, a soda, and one of these inspiring flicks to renew your educational energy:

1) The Miracle Worker (This movie has been remade several times, but the Patty Duke version is my personal favorite!)

2) To Sir, With Love

3) Finding Forrester (Not a teacher movie in the traditional sense, but still fabulous and it stars Sean Connery, which in my book is reason enough to watch. Connery is a reclusive writing prodigy who mentors an inner-city high school student and learns a little something about himself, too.)

4) Dangerous Minds

5) Mr. Holland's Opus

They are really great, how about The Emperor's Club, Tuesdays with Morrie, Dead Poet Society, Mona Lisa Smile, and of course Patch Adams even though it is not a teacher movie in the general sense.
Thanks for sharing,
I'd vote for The Miracle Worker,
Best

CM,
Tuesdays with Morrie is one of my favorite books/movies, so I can't believe I forgot that one! I'll have to check out Mona Lisa smile. Thanks for the recommendation!
