I received this announcement from Bonnie Blagojevic, Research Associate for the Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies (UCEDD). She asked that I pass it on. Join us!

PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT:

There are many free web tools available that can help early educators collaborate with others, share and manage information. The NAEYC Technology & Young Children Interest Forum (http://www.techandyoungchildren.org/) will be sponsoring a "Web Wonders" discussion this spring to learn more about these tools, and provide opportunities to try them out. You are invited to join us!

A wiki documenting the project will be located here :
http://ecetech.wikispaces.com/

For each web tool, there will be:
-Discussions about ,"What is it?" and "How are Early Educators using this in their work?"
-A “hands-on” opportunity for people to try out that web tool.
-Links to online examples of that web tool, of interest to the group.
