Okay, so I'm pretty sure this is my antiquated brain trying to wrap my head around this network thing, but I'm wondering why my School 2.0 stuff isn't showing up here as well??? Obviously I am a social networking neophyte, but I want to be able to do it all from one place. How do I do that?
OK, so here's the scoop. They are separate networks. Originally, School 2.0 was for those who wanted to discuss the larger implications of collaborative technologies on how schools will change, but the response to that network was very low (only me, David Warlick, and one other ever signed up...). So, after some thought, I decided to start a Classroom 2.0 network, since that should be a lot less "threatening" as a topic, and can be much more focused on practical applications of the technologies in the classroom. You can have a single login that works for both, but information posted to each of the two networks only goes to that network. I'm encouraging folks to focus on Classroom 2.0 for now. :)
BTW, I think you may want to use the "forum" to post this kind of question in the future, especially if you think there might be a fair amount of dialog about it. Blog posts won't be as visible, I don't think, since they won't have "threaded" conversations in them.
Ah...I see. Thanks for explaining. I didn't understand that Classroom 2.0 was where you were going to focus your energies. I'll be just as happy tapping into just one social network, but I sorta accidentally stumbled onto this one through School 2.0. Maybe it would be good to point people this direction?
Susan, thanks for this question. I wasn't quite getting this either, but now I think I do. :)

Hey Susan.
Think of classroom 2.0 as a big refregerator and these postings as magnets. It posts everything to a site and you need to supply the links to others so they can see your information on this website.
I have a suggestion: check out the following site: www.helloworld.com/cserventi and see if that helps you out. It blogs, podcasts, and broadcasts as well as video emails from one place.
