Education systems around the globe need to change to prepare our kids with the right skills they need to survive in this global market. Education 1.0 focused in providing place, staff, books, and it is teacher centric. Education 2.0 focused on computerized and digitized curricula and teacher centric. Education 3.0 is about using technology (collaboration and communication) to enhance students’ outcomes. Students are connected, using web 2.0 tools in their daily activities but they get disconnected when they attend school. Students learn from each other and learn by doing. The world is small village, and we need to prepare our kids with 21st century skills to survive in this global market.
