I came across this really cool tool for making snazzy videos in a matter of minutes, and just had to share it here!

It's called Animoto, and all it requires is for the user to upload a bunch of pictures, select a piece of music (from their vast selection) and VOILA! out comes a short video (the only kind allowed in the free version of Animoto) thanks to this really cool "web application that automatically generates professionally produced videos using their own patent-pending technology and high-end motion design. Each video is a fully customized orchestration of user-selected images and music. Produced on a widescreen format, Animoto videos have the visual energy of a music video and the emotional impact of a movie trailer"

I tried it with a bunch of pictures I had from the workshops I conducted for Ryan International Schools earlier this year. Take a look, and try it out for yourself, and share it with your students and kids!
