We are very busy getting ready for next week's Hot Springs Technology Institute - better known to Arkansans as HSTI (pronounced Histeeee!) This is the state conference for K-12 education technology held at Hot Springs High School, Hot Springs, Arkansas. 1500 attendees will participate in two days of workshops and two days of regular conference sessions. This year's keynote speakers include Dr. David Thornburg, Dr. Tom Burnett, Michael DiSpezio, and Debbie Silver. Technology Leader of the Year and Teacher of the year awards will be given and the annual ARKSTE (Arkansas ISTE affiliate) Bash will get educators inspired for the next school year. Don Benton is the conference director and has planned special events to celebrate this 15th year of hosting HSTI.
