Good afternoon!
I enjoyed reading your posts on your blog. (Especially enjoyed the one about what NOT to do on an interview!)

Regarding your post entitled, "Roll out plan...",
First, you probably should correct the address for the post on THIS blog--you have an @ sign instead of a period.
Next, a LITTLE mistake, "believe" is spelled wrong in first line--easy enough to fix!
And finally, I LOVE this idea:
"This training room should be open daily with prescribed times during which teachers can come in and work with a trainer to ask questions. This training room would accommodate different learning curves. "
I think that all districts or at least state ed departments/agencies should look into offering such "training rooms." Great idea! Do you have this set up already, or is this just part of your wish list for your plan?

Great blog! Thanks for sharing!

Michelle: I plan on rolling this out when school starts this September. At our school we have identified 4 current teachers who can assist with this together with 1 IT person whom I would like to dedicate to this project. It has helped that 4 new teachers may be added to the faculty ranks all of whom are familiar and have used web 2.0 tools in their teaching and graduate work!
