Skipper Rich Wilson is preparing for the Vendee Globe in Les Sables-d'Olonne, France. The race, beginning on November 9th, is held once every four years. This year, Skipper Rich Wilson, a former math teacher in the Boston area, will be sharing the race with students and teachers around the world by blogging, sending video clips, podcasts, and photos of the race as he sails. A team of experts will be on land to answer students' questions. In this video link you can hear sailors talk about this epic race around the world. http://www.vendeeglobe.org/en/media/videos/
Steve Hargadon interviewed Rich earlier in the spring. You can hear that interview in the video section.
