OpenLearn Netvibes Universe

Well, after a long(ish) pregnancy the OpenLearn Netvibes Universe has finally been born. We’re the first University in Europe to have representation in a Universe (in fact Tom Hadfield’s work on the Harvard Universe is the only other University Universe I’m aware of).

We don’t yet show up in the search so I’m not sure which category we fall under (I assume it will either be `organisations’ or `non-profit’), but either way I’m hoping that it will help get the OpenLearn message and material out there to the 8 million plus Netvibes users.

I have the `master’ version of the universe with me which I can update whenever necessary. There are a few minor things that I need to alter, but if anyone out there has an idea for something else to be included let me know!

Now all I need you to do is spread the message far and wide! Let’s see what can be done with these sorts of services….
