Staff Development and Curriculum Coordinators: Anybody Out There?

I'm a newbie here and here as well. I'm eager to collaborate with other educators who are working in the field as staff developers or curriculum coordinators who help to facilitate mapping, data analysis, assessment building, and use of best practices....among all sorts of other things.
