For several months now I've had a site dedicated to making Free Libre Open Source Software (FLOSS) information available to folks that might need it. It's located at - The Texas Open Source Software contains not only links to equivalent sites (open-source sites for proprietary products,) but if you look around, there are references to sites providing .iso images for Macs and PCs, as well as arguments and counter-arguments for critics of FLOSS.

This site is a companion to the TOSS Foundation site, another local effort to promote the use of Open Source Software. Please feel free to peruse and send feedback.
