Classroom 2.0 is one of my single best resources for networking with tech-savvy educators. So, I started thinking about those other tools where I interact with and learn from folks.
Connected through LinkedIN?
I must confess
LinkedIN was my first venture into online networking. While the community is made up of far more business minded folk than teachers, the education sector is ever-growing.
Consider joining the
LinkedIN group for people interested in online teaching and learning at Professional Learning Board.
Do you do Diigo?
This is my absolute favorite tool for bookmarking great resources! A robust social community makes it deserving of being an Open Web Award Winner. Congratulations Diigo Team!
Consider joining the
Cool Tools and EdTech (http://groups.diigo.com/groups/cooltools) and/or
Parent Learning Board (http://groups.diigo.com/groups/parent) group at
Diigo.
Are you a Twit?
If so, follow me? I'll follow you.
For Teachers I'm @prodev and the just launched
For Consultants I'm @c_3
If not,
watch this video about the tweeple who send tweets through twitter and consider joining us.
So, in addition to seeing you here at Classroom 2.0, I'm looking forward to connecting up with you around the web.
Ellen
