Changing Professional Development

I am looking for some terrific ideas on using technology (Web 2.0) for teacher professional development. I understand the importance of modeling for teachers, and I know many are eager to learn about using technology as a vehicle for skill development. We need to just stop the "sit and git" method thay we've used in the past. I just need ideas! If any of you could please help in this way, it would be greatly appreciated! Please include specific information I would need if I were to use the same type of activity. Thank You!
