I created a character poster which was done on an excel spreadsheet. I took a picture and then enlarged to span across for pages including my name, a character trait that fits, and then the definition of that trait. I also created a Glogster poster about knitting with different pictures demonstrating different knitting styles as well as a video demonstration. Creating these projects was a very good experience. I had never used pictures in excel and I had also never used Glogster before. I really liked learning these new ways for creating posters. Using was a bit more difficult because of the way it stretched the poster. Glogster was also a bit more user friendly. It was easier to figure out how to place and position things. While you could use either online it would be more difficult to use the one on excel if you didn't print it out. The Glogster though would be very easy to use without printing it. I also thing it would be easier to have students use the Gloster poster. I believe it would be to teach students to use Glogster because it is so user friendly. It also wouldn't require them to need to print anything.
