Different Learning Styles

There are three main types of learners; visual, auditory, and hands on learners. As a teacher it is very important to be able to teach in ways that help each different type of learner. I believe that teachers either need to find other ways to teach the information besides just lectures, or have notes accessible to students that what them so they can pay better attention during the lectures.
