Thinking of teaching Facebook to my Grade 10 students in my Information Technology class this coming year. It's not a "if you can't beat them, join them" idea. It's more of I need to teach them the safety of the Internet and with Facebook always being used (inside school and outside if we're all truthful about this), then we need to think about teaching the students about the new privacy setting that been created on it.

This video by Larry Magid from ConnectSafely which clearly explains Configuring Facebooks new privacy settings is excellent to help with my commitment to this project. I believe it’s a ‘must do' for every school to teach this area of learning. Don't ignore the problem, help solve it>>>>
